RESIDUE EXHIBITION

On October 1, 2011, The Residue Group will transform Beaver Hall Gallery into a relic of our industrial  past for Scotiabank Nuit Blanche revelers to sample  a taste of the art of Urban Exploration. Experience the thrill of an urban adventure and  explore the residue left behind the hoarding of  closed factories, derelict homes and our cultural  past. Slip on a pair of rubber gloves and discover  the excitement of found artistic treasure(s) while you navigate your way through debris, traces of  light, music and industrial noise. Peer through holes  in the walls, examine the discarded furniture,  the installation will be a gallery exhibition  of UE photography, we invite you to stay a moment and  who once lived, worked or worshiped within them leave. abandoned machines and what remains when the occupants  At the end of your adventure in stark contrast to  consider the spaces where urban exploration art  is made.
